Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on Sunday, September 11, 2011, aged 81 years.

Funeral Service to be held at West Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, October 4, at 2.30pm.

I lost a special person with a heart of gold, there will never be another because they broke the mould.
