Passed away September 6, 2014, at new Cross Hospital aged 91 years.
Her Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at St John's Church, Essington, at 1pm, followed by Interment.
A dear and very special lady who will be forever missed by all her Family. X X X
