Passed away peacefully at The Manor Hospital, on August 22, 2014.

Sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service is to be held at St. Margaret's Church, Great Barr, at 1.30pm, on Monday, September 8, 2014, followed by a Committal at Streetly Crematorium, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.
