Sadley passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014, aged 88 years.
Beloved Wife of Leslie and Mother of Kathy.
Will be greatly missed by all of her Family.
Funeral Service to be held at Streetley Crematorium, on Monday, June 23, at 3.45pm.Family flowers only, donations if desired to Diabetes UK or Cancer Research UK.
