Passed away on August 4, 2011, aged 63 years. Sadly missed by all his loving Family.

Funeral Service to be held at St Thomas' Church, Wednesfield, on Wednesday, August 17, at 3pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The New Victoria Public House, Deans Road.
