Sadly passed away at home, on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, aged 66 years.

The Funeral Service has been arranged to take place at St Mary's Church, Bushbury Lane, on Monday, May 23, at 2pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3pm.
