Passed away peacefully on February 9, at home, aged 41 years. Much loved beautiful Daughter of Pat and Ken, Stepdaughter of Ray and loving Mommy of Millie and Joseph.

Will be sadly missed by all the Family,

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Monday, February 28, at 1.30pm.
