Passed away peacefully at home on Christmas Eve, aged 60 years.

Beloved Wife of Tom for forty years and a much loved Mom, Mom-in-law, Nan, Sister and Sister-in-law.

Loved and missed by all Family, Friends and Neighbours.

The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Friday, January 7, 2011, at 11.30am.

Please wear something yellow at Hazel's request.
