Passed away suddenly on December 29, 2010, aged 83 years.
Will be sadly missed by Susan, Derek and Jennifer and Family.
The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 9am.
