Passed away on December 4, 2010, reunited with Wife Claire, much loved Dad to Nicole, Damien, Peter and Amy and Grandad to William and Alex.

Will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to be held at Streetly Crematorium on Friday, December 17, at 11.30am.
