Late of Cannock Road, passed away peacefully at Compton Hospice, on Saturday, October 30, 2010, aged 73 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, November 19, at 2.30pm.

No flowers by request, donations in lieu to Macmillan Nurses.
