Beloved Wife of the late Jack Lewis.
Passed away October 31, 2010, aged 87 years.
Will be sadly missed by all the Family.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's Church, Wednesbury, on Friday, November 12, at 10.45am, followed by Burial at Fallings Heath Cemetery.
