Who passed away suddenly at New Cross Hospital after a long courageous battle with her illness.

The Church Service is to take place on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at St. Michael's and All Angels Church, Tettenhall at 12.30pm, followed by Committal in the East Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Compton Hospice.

Remembered with all our love always.

Helen and John, Ian and Carole, Grandchildren Jeni, Jemma, Daiv, Kimberley, Jordon and Great-Granddaughter Maddison.
