Passed away peacefully at home, on June 23, 2010, aged 69 years.

He will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Kathleen, Daughters, Sons, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Special thanks to the District Nurses.

FuneralService and Cremation will take place on Monday, July 5, at Powke Lane Crematorium, at 2.30pm.
