Passed away at home on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, aged 80 years.

Derrick will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Joyce and all the Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Peter's Church, Stafford Street, Walsall, on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 11am, followed by Interment at North Walsall Cemetery.
