Passed away suddenly on January 13, 2010, aged 62 years, at New Cross Hospital.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, January 29, 2010. Service at St Martin's Church, Bradley, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at West ChapelBushbury Crematorium, at 3pm.
