Thomas Frederick Pat would like to thank everyone for the kindness, support and messages of sympathy she received on the loss of Tom.

Thank you to all who attended the Funeral and for the wonderful donations for the Severn Hospice amounting to £1020.00.

Special thanks to Deacon Carys Woodley, Rev. Canon Dr William Price, Mrs Ann Threadgold and Mr David Stokes for the lovely Service, also to Mrs Jackie Parker for her gift of the beautiful floral display, Claire and Phil Glover and the ladies of the Chapel for the superb refreshments, the staff of Greenfields Care Home, Whitchurch for the care and kindness they showed to Tom and to E. J. Edgerton & Son, Funeral Directors for their find help and professionalism.
