Of Berrington, Cross Houses, passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, on January 8, 2014, aged 38 years.

A devoted Partner to Fred and a treasured Daughter to Pam and Neil, a loving Sister to Richard.

Helen will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, January 27, 2014, at 11am.

Family flowers only please.
