Passed away peacefully, after a long, hard fought battle against cancer on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, aged 42 years.

Much loved Husband of Tina and beloved and devoted Father to Tommy and Isobel.

Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury Abbey on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 2.15pm, followed by private Committal.

Family flowers only please but donations if so desired to the Severn Hospice.
