Passed away suddenly at home on December 31, 2013, aged 65 years.

A dearly loved Dad and Grandad, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 3pm, Wednesday, January 15,at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations for the Youth Cancer Trust would be appreciated.
