Of Nightingale Walk, Shrewsbury. Passed away peacefully in Ludlow Community Hospital on December 25, 2013, aged 81 years.

Dot will be sadly missed by her Sister Hazel, special Friend of Rita, Lynn and Jan and allher loving Friends and Neighbours.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a donation boxwill be provided at Emstrey.
