On November 29, 2013, peacefully in Hospital at Telford, Pat Booth, of Elmhurst, Lodge Farm Estate, Bridgnorth, aged 70 years.

The beloved Wife of John, loving Mother of Rona and Sharon and dear Nanof John, Emma, Kate and Ceri.

Much loved, Pat will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Thursday, December 12, at 12 noon.

No mourning dress by request please.

No flowers but donationswhich are to be divided between Bridgnorth Helping Hand and The Midlands Air Ambulance are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
