Of Wellington, passed away on November 13, 2013, aged 78 years.

Wife of the late Fred, a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

She will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service on Monday, November 25, at Telford Crematorium, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request but donations if desired for The Lewy Body Society would be welcome and if possible please wear a splash of pink.
