Service at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 12 noon.

No flowers by request, donations, if wished, to be divided equally between Wellington Road Surgery, Newport and the Severn Hospice (Hospice at Home), for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
