Of Hazel Way, Snedshill, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on May 22, 2013, aged 75 years. Beloved Mother of Stephen and Debbie and a much loved Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Sister.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, June 10, 2013, at 1pm.

No black to be worn by request.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
