Of Ludford Drive, Stirchley, Telford.
Suddenly on April 30, 2013, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 58 years.
Devoted Partner of Christine, cherished Dad of Nicholas, beloved Son of Anna and the late Noel, Brotherto Robert and the late Noel.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, at 2pm on Friday, May 17, at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.
