Dearly loved Husband, Son, Brother Brother-in-law and Uncle, passed away at home at Ditton Priors, aged 72 years, on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, surrounded by love.

Funeral to take place on Monday, March 25, at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) at 11am, followed by a Service of Celebration on Tony's life at St John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers by request but if desired donations to be divided between St John the Baptist, Nightingale Care and Crossroads Care would be appreciated.

A collection box will be available at Church.
