Peter Jeremy Passed away peacefully on April 15, 2024, aged 76 years.

Loving Husband, Dad, Father-in-law and Grandpa. He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 11.30am Friday, May 10 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations will be divided between the British Heart Foundation and the Severn Hospice.
