Passed away at home on March 27, 2024, aged 35 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

A Funeral Service to take place at the Telford Crematorium on Thursday, April 18 at 4.30pm.

Donations if desired to the Stay Project and The Greenwood Centre for which purpose there will be a collection box provided at the Crematorium.

No dress code, please wear whatever feels comfortable.
