Loving Husband of Judith, Father of Emma and Grandfather of Tia, Kameron and Lewis.

Service will be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, July 1 at 11.30am.

Family flowers only, if desired donations will be shared between the Severn Hospice and Prostate Cancer UK.
