Devoted Brother to Iestyn, Megan and Danny.
Loving Boyfriend of Elin.
A cherished Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and a treasured Friend to so many.
Passed away on April 30, 2022, aged 25 years.
A Service to celebrate Sam's life will take place at St Tysilio Church, Llandysilio on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, however all kind donations received will support the DPJ Foundation and Lingen Davis.
