Loved and missed by Nicola, Jennie and Jonathan.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Friday, January 18, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired, which are to be divided between HDU and ITU of The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
