John Gilbert Mrs Eunice Nichols and the Family of the late Mr John Nichols would like to take this opportunity to thank all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and Colleagues for for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at his Funeral Service on February 21 last at Telford Crematorium and for your most generous donations to 'The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital', totalling £390 to date.

We extend our special thanks to John's Doctors and to the Staff at Albrighton Medical Practice for all your efforts on his behalf, to all the Staff at 'Bradeney House Residential Care Home' at Worfield for your wonderful care of and kindness to John, throughout his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life. We will be forever grateful to you.

Thank you to the bearers, for completing your duties with such dignity, to everyone who shared their memories of John with us for inclusion in his service, to all those who participated in the ceremony for your very personal contributions to the occasion, to Steve and his team at 'The Down Inn' at Chetton for your warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post funeral reception catering and to our great friend, The Revd. Marjorie Brooks, for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of John Nichols.

It was a wonderful 'Goodbye', never to be forgotten.
