Of Baldwin Webb Avenue, Donnington. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 13, 2012, aged 59 years. Loving Mother of Callum and a dear Sister of Liz, Marg and John.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, January 7, 2013, at 2pm.
Floral tributes if desired or donations please for Breast Cancer Awareness, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
