Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on June 23, 2021, aged 62 years.
Loving Husband to Jackie.
Devoted Dad to Kerry and Nicky.
Much loved Grandad to Noah and dear Brother to Jacqueline.
A Funeral Service will take place at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 1.30pm.
Dress code is bright and colourful, strictly no Red.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
