Guy It is with deep regret that we have to announce the passing of a very special man on Friday, June 4 at 10 to 10 (Cowboy Time).

Guy chose to take his party to the next level as 'Every day's a Party Day'.

Guy was a one in a million Husband to Karen, doting Father to his beautiful, amazing girls Clair, Abby, Penny-Jayne, Sadie and Nicola and a special Bamps to his ten Grandchildren Benjamin, Henri, Ellis, Matthew, Bailey, Ava, Grace, Sienna, Wyatt and River, Father-in-law to Chris, Tom, Taylor, Josh and the late Josh Deakin.

Us six Lewis girls would be honoured for anyone that knew him to come to celebrate his amazing life on Wednesday, June 30, 12.30pm, at Shrewsbury Crematorium and afterwards to be confirmed at a later date.

Traditional attire to be worn.

Numbers are limited to 39 inside, however there is a facility to listen to the Service through speakers directly outside and also a webcast link to watch on your devices.

All donations if desired will be shared between Midlands Air Ambulance and Cardiomyopathy UK.

Each and everyone of us will love and miss you dreadfully, you will always have a special place in our hearts forever and eternity and beyond.
