Carol Ann Passed away after a long illness bravely borne on May 19, 2021, aged 67 years.
Beloved Wife to David, much loved Mother to Tracey, Lee, Jon, Richard and Shaun and her much adored Grandchildren.
Private Funeral to be held at Emstrey Crematorium on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
Family flowers only.
