(Pat) Passed away peacefully in her sleep at St Georges Park Nursing Home on March 3, 2021, aged 83 years.
Beloved Wife to Mike, loving Mother to Paula, Julie and Jane and much adored Nana to her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchild.
Private Funeral to be held on March 22, 2021 at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only.
