(known as Pat) Passed away peacefully at home October 18, 2020.
Much loved Husband of Sheila. Father of Philip. Father-in-law to Amanda and Grandad to Connor.
Will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral arrangements, Telford Crematorium Tuesday, November 4, 2020 at 4.30pm.
