(Jack) Peacefully passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on September 14, 2020, aged 84 years, of Roman Valley, Ellerton.
Much loved Husband of the late Ethel. Dearly loved Dad of Janet and Joyce, Father-in-law of Alan and Mark. Adored and much loved Grandad of Jason, Becky, Angel and Demi.
A private Family Funeral will take place due to the current restrictions.
