Christopher Jeffrey
(Chris) Aged 63 years, of Shawbirch, passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on July 19, 2020.
Beloved Husband to Debra, much loved Dad to Mark and Paul, dearly loved Grandad to Chloe-May, Brother to Sue and Twin to Mike.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Due to the current circumstances a Private Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 6, at Telford Crematorium.
