Phyllis Mary Peacefully passed away at Woodcroft Care Home on May 8, 2020, aged 100 years formerly of Heathwood Road, Prees Heath.
Dearly beloved Mother of Chris and the late Sue and a loving Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great-Grandmother.
A Private Family Funeral will take place due the current restrictions.
