('Sue') Mr Jeremy Mapp, Steven, Tracy, Vicky and the Family of the late Mrs. Sue Mapp wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and members of the wider farming community for the cards, letters, eMail's, Facebook post's, text's and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at her Funeral Service and for your donations to 'The British Lung Foundation'. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Sue's Doctors for all your efforts on her behalf, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care of and kindness to Sue and to the Family, throughout her stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life, to Mrs Annette Nicholls for the beautiful floral coffin tribute, to the bearers for completing your duties with such thought, to everyone who shared their memories of Sue with us for inclusion in her Funeral service, to all at Worfield Cricket Club for your warm hospitality afterwards, to Lorenzo and his team for the excellent post-funeral reception catering and to Mrs Jenny Good, Civil Celebrant, for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Sue Mapp.
