Henry Albert Valerie and Family would like to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, they also acknowledge with gratitude all donations received totalling £250 which will be given to the Midlands Air Ambulance.
Special thanks to the Midlands Air Ambulance and Paramedics for their quick response and care, Doctors and all Staff at Stoke and Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, Reverend Heather Page for a lovely Service, also C J Williams Funeral Service for their professionalism and the guidance during our bereavement.
