Hazel Annie Peacefully passed away on September 8. 2019 aged 85 years of Waters Upton. Dear Wife of the late Ray, loving Mum of Ruth, Susan and Audrey and a much loved Grandma and Great-Grandma. Funeral Service, 11.30am, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Telford Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Alzheimer's Research UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
