Pauline Gary, Jamie, Anna, Mrs. Edith Amplett and the Family of the late Mrs. Pauline Plant wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and Prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at her Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between, The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and The Dialysis Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford. Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Mum's Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for all your efforts on her behalf over the years; to the Doctors and all Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust for your care of and great kindness to Mum throughout her stay with you and for the dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life; to Blooms Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such thought, to everyone who shared their memories of Mum with us for inclusion in her Funeral Service, to Graham and his Team at The Black Horse Hotel in Bridgnorth for your warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post Funeral Reception catering and to The Revd. Marjorie Brooks and Organist Dr. John Turnock for leading us in a most uplifting Service.
