Private Cremation Ceremony.

A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will be held at The Parish Church of St. Peter The Apostle, Worfield (WV15 5LF) on Monday, July 1, at 12 noon.

Mourning dress optional.

Family flowers only by request please, but donations, which are to be divided between 'The R.N.L.I.' and 'The Parish Church of St. Peter The Apostle, Worfield', are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided inside the Church Porch, or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
