Passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 10, 2019, aged 87 years.

Loving Husband of Margaret, Father to David Crook and Grandad to Laura and Carl Crook.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Wem, on Monday, July 1, at 12 noon, followed by Interment at Love Lane Cemetery, Wem.

No flowers by request but donations if desired to British Heart Foundation, at the Church.
