Susan Ann Retired Teacher, Dawley C of E School. Of Chapel Street, Dawley, passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on June 2, 2019, aged 67 years. Much loved Wife of Paul, devoted Mum of Emma and Mark, Josie and Ben, proud Grandma of Eve, Hannah, Chloe and Thomas and a dear Sister of Peter and Pauline.

Funeral Service, 4.30pm, Monday June 17, at Telford Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between Severn Hospice, Telford and Guide Dogs would be appreciated. All inquiries to:
