Passed away suddenly on May 19, 2019, aged 61 years.

Much loved Husband of Lesley, adored Son of Hilda and the late Frank.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1.30pm, Thursday, June 6 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations for a charity yet to be decided, will be collected at the Crematorium.
